Booster shot: US body opposes Abbott’s patent in India, Europe – Times of India, 25 August 2007
The organisation – Initiative for Medicines, Access & Knowledge (I-MAK) – has filed a pre-grant opposition against Abbott’s patent on a key HIV drug, Kaletra in India as well as in Europe, on grounds which are similar to Glivec of Novartis.
